Kevin De Bruyne has posted a lengthy farewell message to the Citizens, thanking them for their 10 years at Manchester City, which he and his family will always remember.
The 33-year-old Belgium international posted on social media: “To Manchester, now that you’ve seen this you know where this is going so I will get straight to it and let you all know that this will be my last month as a Manchester City player…. Nothing about this is easy to write but as footballers we all knew this day would eventually come. The day has come and you deserved to hear it from me first.”

We cannot thank the city, the club, the staff, our teammates, our friends and our family enough for this 10-year journey. It all ends but this is definitely the best chapter.
