Everton have condemned death threats against James Tarkowski and his family following the captain’s studs during the Merseyside derby.

On Wednesday, April 2, Liverpool beat Everton 1-0 at home with Diogo Jota scoring the winning goal in the 57th minute. However, the most talked about moment was in the 10th minute when James Tarkowski cleared the ball and hit Alexis Mac Allister in the shin. Referee Samuel Barrott only gave James Tarkowski a yellow card and VAR did not upgrade the yellow card to a red card. คาสิโนออนไลน์ UFABET ฝากถอนรวดเร็ว เริ่มต้นเล่นง่าย Fortunately, Alexis Mac Allister continued to play until the 90 minutes were up.

Everton have condemned death threats against James Tarkowski and his family following the captain’s move to open his cleats.

“Everton Football Club is aware of the threats being made to James Tarkowski and his family via social media. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable and has no place in football or society,” the Toffees said in a statement.

“The club is liaising with James and his wife Samantha and is ready to work with the social media company to assist the police with any investigations that may arise.”

“Everton strongly condemns any form of threats, harassment or abuse, both online and offline, directed at players, staff or their families,” the Toffees said in a statement.
