I’ve never taken up making a round book before as I’ve always found something a tad tacky about them – don’t no why – no offence to round books anywhere… But the day indeed came that a concept just happened to require a round shape, no matter which way I thought about it. So here I am, in the process of attempting to make a round sort of binding that hopefully pulls it off… We’ll see. (The black bits sticking out of the dyed binding by the way have nothing to do with the book itself, they’re just aids to separate the damp pages temporarily.) (Mar09)
